Our training program consist of cross training in all areas of marketing with a concentration on leadership skills, self development, and growth. We believe in pushing comfort zones and making decision thinking outside the box.
Leadership Training
We understand that leaders are made not born! Our training program has a special concentration on leadership and the makings of a leader. We strive to coach, mentor, educate, and show how the basic and more complexities of leadership work. We provide leadership, inspiration, mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the team by participate in daily one-on-one coaching sessions, taking online courses, and networking.
Cross- Training

Back-End
While we are not actively seeking to fill position with our back end support team at the moment. Candidates who complete our training program qualify to join our Back End Support Team. Ideal candidate will be working on the back-end of the business: admin, social media strategy, human resources, client on boarding, talent scouting, appointment booking, conference planning, content- writing, advertisement, record maintenance, regulatory compliance, accounting, and IT services.
