At Inspire we don’t sit still. Staff will have opportunities to partake in both national and international conferences, R&R’s and company retreats.
Getting to know who we work with is a very important part of our work culture. Once a week do just that. We make it a priority to host fun and low pressure events to get to know each other.
ENTRY LEVEL
Grow the team portfolio by capitalizing on opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency by driving key automation and productivity initiatives. Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development.
INTERNSHIPS
Work with several different teams, ranging from product management to mid-level executives and sales representatives. As a result, they will be in constant contact and communication with leadership, management, and other executives. The essential skills developed are excellent time management, organization, comfort with a high-pressure environment, and innovating to improve client relationships.
MANAGEMENT training
At this level will work closely with the CEO to generate growth projection plans, company reporting, meet with clients, attend conferences, improve public speaking, and negotiate contracts with their respective clients. Cross-trained in the areas of Human Resources, Public Relations, Finance, Legal, and Administration, understand the behind the scenes of what inspires our team to grow!
